I am a canuck. Born in quebec but grew up in ontario and alberta.
I am impressed by your ability to survive traumas personal, relationships and natural.
I hope that a voice from home will be welcome. I am very seriously considering an ESL career in china. Therefore it would be kewl to talk to some one who is living an ESL career. I have only been viewing your blog for a couple weeks.
I hope your bad habits (re: your post of the same name) are not overwhelming you. What you are going through now is difficult on many fronts. Your ability to survive it will give you the means to see life with a clarity that will be an inspiration later.
In any case it is my sincere hope that you....
